Though Maple Hangers were created in 2018, skating has been a part of my life since the 1980's. Hi, my name is Ken Caputo, and  I grew up in Corona, CA  aka "Crown Town". I've been skating since age 13 and have gone through many boards that have had to be replaced with new ones, as well as buying new boards to add to my collection as an adult. With my growing collection, I wanted to be able to appreciate them more by displaying them in my home. In my search for products to display my decks, I found that they were more $ than I wanted to spend. So I decided to create something on my own, and constructed my "Maple Hangers" - so here I am today sharing this product with all of you fellow collectors out there. Since then, I decided to develop this product/business along  with my daughter, Emma.  I hope she will take this opportunity to learn about creativity and entrepreneurship along the way.
